Used to move node subject to the hierarchical dependency chain of the model.

Opens Node Coordinates dialog where the transition coordinates can be set for a desired displacement. Clicking the free button locks the transition. The locked state indicates hidden handles; whereas the free coordinates are set either by feeding the transition value or by clicking in the view.
